Shipping Rates We partner with Bob Go to calculate live courier rates at checkout. Rather than charging a flat fee, this system generates a tailored price unique to your exact delivery location, ensuring you always receive the fairest, most efficient delivery rate available.

Delivery Times Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your pieces leave our studio, standard delivery via our courier partners typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for deliveries to rural or outlying areas. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order You will receive automated email updates and tracking coordinates via Bob Go as soon as your package is dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.
